1. Domestic Shipping (Malaysia)
All orders are shipped from Malaysia via DHL, Pos Laju Malaysia, or other selected courier services.

Ready-made items will be dispatched within 2–3 business days.

Pre-order, custom, or made-to-order items require approximately 2–4 weeks for production before dispatch.

During periods of high order volume, dispatch or delivery may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
2. International Shipping
All international orders are shipped with tracked delivery. Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination.

International parcels are sent via DHL, Aramex, EMS, or other selected courier services.

Delivery typically takes 4–10 business days from the date of dispatch, not from the order date.

Shipping rates and estimated transit times will be displayed at checkout based on your destination.
Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Missing Parcels
Once an order has been handed over to the courier service, responsibility for the parcel lies with the courier.

Any claims for lost or missing items must be raised directly with the courier service provider.
