Refund policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt, with the following conditions:

• Pre-order, custom, and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• All returned items will be inspected upon arrival to determine eligibility for a return or exchange.

Refunds

• Refunds are generally not available once items have been dispatched via courier services.
• Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as if we are unable to process or fulfil your order.
